It’s a maternity Monday! Grab some popcorn and check out Janel and Deitrich’s little girl. She’s the one in Janel’s tummy. I saw her waving…I just know it.

Janel and Deitrich (part I)

We’re going to be seeing a lot of Janel & Dietrich as they will be stopping by for a shoot every few months as she progresses along in her pregnancy. For now, not a tummy to be seen but maybe next shoot we’ll see “baby Janel” or “baby Dietrich” pooching out! Here they are looking rather in love…..

Had the coolest family over for a shoot at the beach the other day. They are getting ready to add another to their nest and I expect further coolness. After the shoot they were headed to a Poison concert. Total coolness. Word of the day – Cooltastic. I sense a theme here….

James David arrived this morning at 4:51 A.M. Weighing in at 8 lb 12 oz and 21 inches long. It was a long day and night and morning, but Katie and Rich are doing well.

THE GIFT OF A CHILD

God has blessed the union
Of a husband and a wife
With a beautiful little baby
Bringing joy into their lives

For children are blessings
Sent from God above
A precious gift heaven sent
An expression of God’s love

On the foundation of this love

We have been following Rich and Katie throughout their pregnancy. They have been doing a package with them called 9 months. We have followed them from the beginning and documented their progress and growth. This week we will be posting the final slideshow from their 9 months package because she will go to delivery next week. The awesome thing is that we will too! We will be documenting the delivery event. Check back soon for the final 9 month slideshow and also for the delivery!

These are some shots from our studio of Rich and Katie. These are a little different than the other pictures that we have captured for the last 9 months. These are beautiful pictures that will be special to Rich and Katie for the rest of their lives. They show the raw beauty and love of a beautiful pregnant woman and her husband whose lives are about to be transformed forever.

We have enjoyed and count it a blessing to have documented this journey with them and can’t wait to meet the beautiful life that has been growing inside.
